That feature was never completed, and in fact PayPal has now changed it to what they’re calling “Login with PayPal” instead of “PayPal Access.” Unfortunately, I never got either completed integrated into my library yet. I thought I had commented out that include, but if not just do that and you’ll be good to go with the rest.
