Yes! Apple Pay is available with the PayPal Vault, so your buyers can save Apple Pay as a payment method with their account on your site.

It works seamlessly with WooCommerce Subscription plugins or anything that uses WooCommerce payment tokenization.

How do I enable Apple Pay in my WooCommerce store?

To enable Apple Pay on your WooCommerce store, you must be using the PayPal for WooCommerce plugin. Once you have the plugin installed and activated, you can enable Apple Pay payments in the plugin’s settings.

How do my customers pay using Apple Pay?

Customers on iOS or the Safari Browser will see the Apple Pay button available to them on product pages, the cart page, and the checkout page.

By pushing the Apple Pay button they will be presented with the standard Apple Pay experience that they are familiar with, so they can complete their payment quickly and easily using their Apple Pay digital wallet.

Where does the money go when somebody pays with Apple Pay?

Payments made to you via Apple Pay will go directly into your PayPal account the same as any other payment you process using PayPal. The funds will become part of your PayPal balance, and you can use those funds like any other.

Are there fees when processing payments with Apple Pay?

Yes. The total fee for accepting Apple Pay transactions with our PayPal for WooCommerce plugin is 2.69% + 49¢ (United States).

What countries are supported with Apple Pay?

As of October, 2023, Apple Pay is only available in the United States. PayPal is working hard to expand this functionality to as many countries as possible as quickly as possible, and we will provide updates here accordingly.

How can I use Apple Pay to sell more products and services?

Promote the fact that you accept Apple Pay on your website and in your store.
Make sure you have enabled Apple Pay on product pages, the cart page, and the checkout page.
Offer Apple Pay for all of your products and services, including subscriptions and payment tokenization.
