Product Activation Guide

Overview

While many of the software products we provide are completely free, we do have some premium products and extensions to free products that require activation in order to receive continued updates and support.  This documentation covers managing your license keys and activating our products on your website.

Resetting License Keys

Our license allows you to run the software on a single production site.  If you need to move your license from one site to another you can reset your license key which will make it available for activation on a different site.  There are two ways for you to reset your license keys.

1. AngellEYE Updater Plugin

If you have our AngellEYE Updater plugin installed you will be able to reset your license key there.

• From your WordPress Admin side panel, go to Dashboard -> Angell EYE Helper.
• From the list of installed plugins, click the Deactivate link next to the one you would like to move to a different site.

2. My Account at AngellEYE.com

If you created an account during checkout when purchasing our plugin, you will have a login for our site where you can view your order history and manage license keys.

• Log in to my account.
• Click to view the details of the order you placed for the software you are resetting.
• Under Activations, click to Deactivate or Reset License Key.
  • Deactivate will only affect that individual domain.
  • Reset License Key will deactivate all domains.
