Been working great for me for a good while now… Any chance you might do a version bump, and bring this up to current Divi and WordPress…? Maybe it already is code wise, but at the least so we can feel confident about it…? It is presently showing itself current with WP 5.4.2…

We are currently working on (and just about to release) a big update to our Button Manager plugin that is built on the new PayPal Commerce Platform system. This will bring PayPal Checkout, Venmo, Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto, and direct CC processing options (with reduced fee rates as well) to the plugin.
This version will work with Gutenberg blocks as well as Divi, Elementor, and any other populate page builder we get demand for.
We plan to release it next month, so keep your eyes peeled! 🙂

It does what it says it does, and it does it well. The integration is smooth and seamless, and the config for buttons is feature-rich and easy. A very nice piece of work, and I highly recommend it as an easy payment solution for sites with a small number of items to sell. It and Divi play well together. Easy to use and to setup. Great integration with DIVI. In the end I did not use this plugin as I could not customize the donate button well enough. But this is just my personal choice. It works very well if you are happy with the standard PayPal look.

Thanks for the feedback. We do have our Button Manager plugin that goes a little further with that and allows you to create buttons with your own image. It works with the Divi plugin, so buttons you create in the Button Manager can be placed using the Divi module. That might suit your needs a little better..?? I like the paypal for divi, but i think it is better if you can edit the “Buy now” or “Donate” text.

You can set the option to use the Divi button design instead of the default PayPal button, and this way you can set the label to anything you want.

I installed and created a button using this plugin, and it seemed to work seamlessly… except that the payment remitter did not receive a payment notification email from PayPal. Are you still supporting this plugin?

Yes, we are still active with this plugin. We don’t have any other reports of this, though. Did the payment process correctly, and you just didn’t see an email, or did the payment not show up at all?

There was an issue with the plugin when I first installed it, but opening a support topic was all it took to get a quick and easy workaround / fix.
Happy user here, installing it on a few client sites as well.

THe button doesn’t appear in the module by Divi. No support….

This is a great little plugin that serves an important need.
It’s still not without a few rough edges – such as using the plugin to customize the purchase/donate button (e.g. change text size) has no effect on the appearance. I have no other paypal/button plugins that might be causing a conflict. And the checkboxes next to the accounts seem to perform no function. But the plugin links with PayPal great and seems to do its job well.
When I first started using the plugin there were more significant issues – but the author subsequently addressed them in response to my feedback, and communicated well to me.
